Lead by Don Locke, a seasoned finance and operations leader with years of experience as a Controller and CFO, we leverage that extensive background in financial management and operations.  That knowledge is imparted on the staff, and that has given the HireKey team a deep understanding of business efficiency, which we channel into helping organizations improve their process and save money.  ROI is the Key measurement.

The HireKey is driven by a passion for helping others. And, our primary focus is on improving the Talent Acquisition (TA) process through strategic advisory and technology solutions to get good talent into good companies.  We specialize in the TA Tech Stack, working with companies to streamline their hiring processes, enhance the candidate experience, and maximize their fixed budgets.
